Added initial mod. Hardly anything in it yet, mostly just the gas mask recipes.
Adds in crafting recipes for helmet modifications in the Galac-Tac Retribution mod. I never really enjoyed being able to get full kit right off the bat, so I'm tweaking some stuff around to make it feel like I'm building into it proper.
