Having issues with recruiting settlers. The recruitment beacon wasn't attracting settlers, and when I sent a settler from a different location to University Point, they didn't move (the settler count didn't change at UP). I have quite a few settlement-related mods - do you know what might interfere with the recruitment system?
Haven't looked at it in xEdit yet, but it's a small plugin, no assets/archive, so maybe if a light touch was used...? If you don't get feedback in a bit, I'll install for a test drive & peek in xEdit when I get a chance in a day or so...
Edit: I'll check previs, too, and any cell conflicts w/ any other of the major mods I have in the l.o.

Next you'll need a patch to hijack Heather Casdin and script an appropriate set of dialogue (and maybe some mini-quests to locate/interact with items that plausibly might still be at UP after her firefight with Kellogg & his synth horde?)...
