Overview:
Simple as it sounds, for people that like legendary enemies but hate the OP Legendary weapons here you go. Now the only Legendary Weapons will be the ones being sold or the Unique Weapons you find in the world or get as rewards. Yes, Unique Weapons are now unique again... Crazy right?
Recommendation:
Better Legendary Mutations
This will make Legendary Enemies seem more natural, no more goofy instant Health Regen.
OR
Immersive Legendary Mutations
This will expand Legendary Enemies System. A complete overhaul to Enemies Mutations.

No one really... Maybe No Legendary Items From Creatures for giving the name idea.
