Initial release
This just adds a Settings tag to the Backpacks of the Commonwealth Settings tape so that it gets moved to the Settings group correctly. Should work with any Inventory UI that supports VIS tags. There is another mod that adds VIS tags for this but it also requires AWKCR which this does not.
