They need to be a little bit more common, there is absolutly no enemies that spawn with the chinese sword so none of them also have the makeshift sword
Not to mention that whenthey spawn with it they spawn with the chinese sword, not the mod one.
maybe it would be good to make them crafteable, or leave inthedescription how to spawn them via commands.
Amazing mod. Thank how so much. Question tho. Is there a reason why your melee swords don't work the thr "girly animations" sword animations. His/her mod is made to use special swings for the Chinese and revolutionary sword. But all of the swords from this mod (and frankly and other mod even replacers) don't trigger the animations. I was wondering if you could explain this?
For those not seeing the weapons spawn, I'd suggest opening up the mod in FO4Edit and either edit the mod directly or create yourself an override patch. Then go into the script and update the property for what LL it's referencing. For the mace, I swapped the tire iron to pipe wrench and added an additional reference for lead pipes. I changed the tire iron because Dak's survival hatchet already shares that LL so didn't want to flood it. I kept the axe as is - it's spawning fine. For the sword I also included a reference to the LL for revolutionary swords because the chinese officer sword is fairly rare.
After doing this then testing a world and spawning in raiders I was seeing each weapon spawn - they were still fairly rare but that's fine, I was at least seeing a little of everything. Hope this helps.
Level list integration does not seem to be working, at least for spawning on enemies. I can find them on vendors, but nobody in the 'Wealth seems to want to use any. Bottom of my weapon LO too, 20 levels in.
The design of the weapons are sick tho and love all the makeshift attachments, just a staple of your mods at this point.
have the exact opposite on Xbox, very rare find on merchants, so far only saw cricket sell those on occasion, and almost every melee super mutant wields an axe, never saw a single human NPC use the mace or sword tho
but otherwise hell yea, they do look awesome, and can be tailored to user preference
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, as it's pretty specific. For some reason the vanilla unique (with applied mod VUWR - Vanilla Unique Weapons Remastered) General Chao's Revenge has been switched from a Chinese Officer's Sword to a Makeshift sword.
