This is a simple Balanced Starter kit meant for Melee Characters. It can be found under the bridge on the way to Sanctuary.
Update v1.2 completely remade the mod and moved the starter kit under the bridge on the way to sanctuary.

-Sledgehammer
-Chinese officer sword
-5 Stimpack's
-3 Buffout
-3 Medx
-3 Psycho
Manual install - drop the MeleeStarter.esp in Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout4/Data and then enable the esp.
