so i use caliber complex to get various calibers (one of which is .338 LM) however this mod reverts it to the vanilla .308 (which has been renamed to 308 Winchester) and i haven't managed to patch it to use caliber complex's .338
I know I'm late, but it's real easy. You just go into F04edit, make a manual bash patch, forward the .338 Object Modification from the Remington 700 patch from Caliber - Complex Patches into the new patch, then also add in the keyword check from this mod. Should end up with an esl that carries both object modification changes.
Beautiful selection, love the details and setup... might have to actually modify mine to use the correct ammo via Munitions or CombinedArms instead of the default .308 for a change. Always a pleasure, never a chore... that's the Armory Project standard of excellence lol. Seriously though, I know not everyone is as appreciative as some authors hope for and I know I personally don't always think about the fact that some of you guys pay real money for the source work you're building these with... so, thanks!
10 out of 10! Thanks for another great collection.
Its because the mod files path is wrong. You need to change the name of the first folder from "Remington Model 700 Armory Project - 4K" to "Data". Otherwise some mod managers like the 'nexus mod manager' wont put the .esp .ba2 files in the data folder.
i installed this mod onto vortex and it wont combine with the Remington 700 mod, it gives the attachments to all the guns in the game including modded guns, am i doing something wrong here?
Depends on the version. If you use Ardent 117 or AnotherOne versions, those will work. But my Unofficial integration won't, because it completely changes how the caliber switching works.
As for now i'm currently making a compatibility patch for this addition to my Hunting Rifle Integration - will take a while. You'll get new rails/scopes, but probably not the new Stock/Barrel unless there is a way I can reintroduce the .338 Lapua into the gun in the way that makes sense for my balancing

I'll see what I can integrate it though
