I'm writing this message because I face an issue with the mod that I don't know how to solve. I downloaded all the required mods but when I start Fallout 4 and go to the "Mods" submenu, all of the Synthetic Facelift (except the Companions ones) mods are greyed out and a message states that they miss a required file to work. As anyone already faced this issue ? If yes, does anyone knows how to fix it please ? Thank you in advance for your understanding and your help !
I've only ever experienced plugins being greyed out if a requirement is missing. Although you may have all the requirements installed I would double check if the plugins are enabled in your Mod Manager.
So everything seems to work, as I checked the plugins and indeed the MiscHairstyle one wasn't activated, except the Diamond City and Goodneighboor Synthetic Facelifts. I downloaded the missing MiscHairstyle (the one that add beard styles), to see if that will make Diamond City work but for Goodneighboor I'm not sure what to do. Thank you again for your help, have a nice day !
question figured id ask someone that works with editing npc's/facegen etc I have another pack of npc face overhauls, if i go into the record and change the hair to something more my liking, would it affect the facegen and other unforeseen issues. or ?
Should be absolutely fine. If you are using FO4Edit or similar and want to use a hairstyle from a mod you will need to load that and make it a master to the NPC file you want to change. After you've made the desired changes right click on the edited file and hit clean masters and it will remove any no longer used mods as a requirement.
Love these, adds personality and character but in a way that feels true to Beth's intended vision. The entire Synthetic Facelift series almost feels like looking at a remastered FO4.
Is it the armor or is Sinjin looking beefy these days?
