      No, theres no reason to use it with the regular FCR.

   great mod, thank you for your hard work, but could you upload a version with far object improvement included ? i have issues with generating lods but I really want to play fallout 4 in winter weather with that mod installed.

      No the trees would be inside each other. Also the LOD wouldn't be right.

   Fwiw, irl it looks a lot more like Maine (ergo, Far Harbor-ish?) than Taxachusetts, er, the Commonwealth.
