So does this mod activate after the quest in concord is done? or is this something that activates right away and should be manually installed after the quest?
This works pretty well with Zorkaz's Concord Ressurected. Currently using both + SS2's Concord with the later's defenses and repopulation turned off. I liked it more than the repopulation + fortifications from SS2, specially in a Minutemen playthrough.
I'm not the same person, and it's been a few months, but I thought I should mention that it appears, to me, that a few of the gates that are added by SS2 clip with your walls. Specifically, there is a gate over by Fallon's that clips with a pick-up(?) truck from your wall and there is another gate by the house used by Caleb (from SS2 Chapter 2, I think) that clips with one of the shipping containers. I haven't noticed anything else so far and, to be honest, it's easy to miss. Still, if it helps, I thought it wouldn't hurt to mention it.
Maybe you can make a version without any walls (or any object edits) to Concord, to ensure compatibility with SS2 layout? I love idea of this mod. Also liked your Radio Network mod. Good work.

ok so this is strange idk how or why but when you have the mod "raze my settlement" & C.R.P Concord Militia (SS2 Friendly) installed when you try to use RMS at the red rocket truck stop RMS will remove the Red Rocket Truck Stop building itself
ok so idk if it just my old pc struggling with my mod list or if its this mod but the dead brahmin with two blood bugs on the road east of red rocket truck stop & west of concord isnt spawning in the game when this mod is installed activated but it its spawned when mod is installed & deactivated
certain things wearnt correctly tied to the enable disable markers the mod should work fine for the most part it just needs some cleanup i havent had time to do yet to clean clean up the few errors
In the pics I noticed the minutemen are floating. Did you just make the junk textures and such invisible, or did you remove them and rebuild the precombines and this is just something else?
