   is it possible to make a mod where when ever you shoot someone they get knocked down just like this perk does but with all guns (bullets, not energy weapons) if so can you do it? youd be my hero

   Hi there, I see you have messed with the sniper rank 2 perk and made it available right away. I like that idea and I wanted to expand upon it and make rank 1 sniper perk let you hold your breath for much longer than it currently improves it. Do you think something like that is possible?

      Yes? I'm looking at the perk, and the value is changed to 0.5 once the perk is applied. My guess would be to a lower decimal, but I'm not 100% sure.

   It should make sence that the .50 Receiver mod should knock down power armour. And those without power armour either explode or get launched back.
