I have now placed the suit in a more suitable location to be compatible with other mods and also combined the optional file into the main file, so now the suit is ballistic weavable by default. I hope you guys like this better, if you have more ideas let me know.
Did you install the old version? Because the latest version should be placing the suit in Concord. Unless Clean Sanctuary somehow edits concord as well. I'm not sure.
I learned its risky to use the prewar sanctuary mod. It's part of the triad that is linked within the 36 blocks. So any edits around these causes distortion and lag. I decided to dump the Pre-war Sanctuary mod. This includes Concord. It was causing triangle issues that made my game crash. If I am feeling nostalgic I will just visit Pre-war Sanctuary via console command lol.
So close to perfect. Needs the tie pulled up, though! Only people who don't really know how to dress let the tie fall down like that. John definitely knew how to dress.
Anyone is welcome to upscale it or retexture it as long as it requires my original mod. I used the default size because Fallout 4 textures looked good enough to me.
The suit looks great. I'm terrible at screenshots, but I'll upload a few pics of the suit in some "lore friendly" locations that I've built for myself in the ck.
The suit itself has functionality to add ballistic weave the same as vanilla items do. To unlock Ballistic weave you have to do a questline for the railroad.
I noticed that you added a BGSM file this time. I was wondering if it would create problems if I used the original replacer files for the 'lighter' suit.
I like that look with the tie clip and buttons slight variance just a smidge better in my reshade settings.
(I swear there is a subtle purple to the vest of John Wick's 3pc, which is absolutely fabulous)
I really want to thank you for the little adjustments you've made since the initial release as some modders just dump and run when it comes to mods.
The replacer won't be compatible with this since it uses different file paths. This suit has it's own material and texture set. The replacer version just uses the original tan suit texture.
If you really want it you could just take the textures from the replacer and rename them to what they're called in the standalone suit. I don't know how it would look though.
I'll give that a try and get back to you. Might even have a screenshot showing off how it looks in the game...maybe. Have stability issues with my current modlist. lol
Looks awesome, any chance of changing the location? Root Cellar is already a place where a 100+ mods are placing their items, & the subject of some overhaul mods turning it into a player home. Suggestion: as a suit, maybe placing it in one of the fallon's stores (diamond city, fallon's department store, general atomic galleria) would be more fitting.
Btw i believe there is a way to add quest-free ballistic weave, like THIS patch does for another mod, instead of editing vanilla entries. Not an issue, just an option

If enough people ask maybe I can make an optional file for it.
