Not actual dogs by the way...
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Railroad Agents (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned RR Agents should work as intended.

Metal Gear Solid - ALL IN ONE STANDALONE (REQUIRED)
No AWKCR and AE for Mods File Dump (Grab the 'Metal Gear Solid All in One Standalone - No AWKCR' file to replace the original; the replacer was made using this)

- Railroad Field Agents will wear various MGS5 attire
- Railroad Vertibird Pilot, Desdemona, Glory, & Tinker Tom also has their outfits changed accordingly
- (All NPCs) Applies the MGS5 attire to all relevant RR NPCs but may conflict with NPC overhaul mods that affect these NPCs
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
