About this mod
This is early stage and currently has a companion "Jay", 5 new settlements, 2 new vendors, and New NPCs. More to come soon. Verry early stage of development. Huge map with a lot of room to grow. It's going to be a while before its done.

When you first arrive in Nowhere you will meet a stranger called Jay. He will offer to give you a tour of the area, for a fee of course. Once you complete the tour he will offer to become your companion. Along the way he will tell you about the various locations. Introduce you to the local vendor and his bodyguard. And to one of his neighbors who will at some point have a job for you. It involves a mini-boss who will drop a legendary weapon, and another legendary item. Be careful he is not nice to low levels. I have more quests planned, and will continue to fill in the vast empty areas. I hope you enjoy.
Any mod that modifies companions may have a negative effect on Jay. Such as AFT "Advanced Follower Tweaks" I have been making the companion more complete it may or may not have a problem. I have not tested since last update.
Mod Conflicts
Any mod that uses the same entry location such as "The Farmlands - Beta" will need to use the file with "Alternate Entrance" at the end. Only Install one not both.
