Beat the mod the other week and found it very fun, great job :D
Only bugs I found with it is that I am unable to find the settlement in the menu in order to set up supply lines or send settlers there. There is also nowhere to set up water in the settlement so it isn't really usable in that respect. Funnily enough though when I was doing Nuka world it did appear in the list for settlements I could raid to create vassals.
The other issue I had was the chest that the guy said he would put caps in never had anything in it. I would check back every now and then and never found anything.
Also just a note, I was using XDI and had no issues with dialog.
All in all an interesting and unique self-contained quest mod!
So, common sense would say that when you get the three ships, go thru door 3. It just sends me back to the beginning. I'm playing this mod on PC, downloaded from the mod menu in the game itself. When i first started, i just went thru doors at random and came to a room with number plaques next time the doors, but I guess they didn't really mean anything. I ended up back at the beginning regardless.
edit: I've updated the bethesda.net version (the in game mod menu) to the latest version, (sorry I forgot about the Bethesda.net pc version) now if you go the wrong way you will see a sword in a note in the utility room. (this means you are at the start of the sequence)
After 3 the next room should have an arrow on top of the radio. (Plus a secret on the balcony)
The utility room with the note/sword is the first room, if you don't see the note in the utility room when you go through a new door than that means your going the right way.
The room with the plagues is the final room and the numbers represent the sequence.
Think I may have mod conflict, though what... Follow the sequence for the doors until 3 Rocket toys, only one in display, previous as in video, not sure what's going on (or not :)

What compatibility issues are you having?
Also what mod manager are you using?
if this does not work, then you could try this console command: coc 03dietplums

going through a wrong door will always move you back to the first room, which is the start of the sequence.
alternatively if your are still having trouble try using these coc console commands:
coc 02dietplumsb (this is the orgin room/start of the sequence)
coc 02dietbCOPY3 (this is the room with the three rocket ships)
coc 02dietbCOPY8 (this is the final room)
