Technically yes, but in practice no. Every object in the world has a small negative impact on your FPS, but this won't have an observable impact because it's only a dozen or so objects. For comparison, you'll get a worse impact just from building a small shack in a settlement.
I dont know if you guys have this problem but whenever I walk along the road from USS Riptide to Diamond city, I experience a bug where the stadium lights (The one beside the builboard) appear and disappear. It is a vanilla thing but I wonder if you guys know a solution for that.
I also saw a problem when climbing corvega assembly plant and look at the direction toward concord, the town and lots of far away detail disappears (Vanilla). This only happen on top of corvega. Might leave a message in PRP page. I have PRP installed but it still persist.
Oh, I've poked around Corvega before. That area's a nightmare for that sort of previs issue. That and the opposite, where nothing gets occluded and your draw calls go through the roof. Starhammer has done some impressive work up there, but there's just so much to fix that more keeps getting found.
Lexington also has bugs, when you look outside from one of the windows of the bank beside the Super duper mart, you can see visual glitches and can't see outside. Seems like Bethesda didn't give an effort to check and polish this area before releasing the game :(
The previs system (which you just described an issue with) is definitely one of the more finicky and temperamental parts of Fallout 4. That's definitely the kind of report that Starhammer is trying to address with PRP, because it requires rebuilding precombines and previs in the area in order to fix it.
At first, I thought PRP was the culprit or maybe one of my mods was conflicting with another. Then after 2 days of helpless searching (I couldn't find anything about this particular location) I ended up deleting all my mods and reinstalling the whole game...
...only to find out it's a vanilla bug and there's nothing I can do about it. So I spent another 2 days reinstalling everything.
hello, thanks for this mod, just 1 question: what is the <Unknown: 14> flag that fo4edit detects as an error? It is the only mod in my entire list that I see that has that flag in worldspace commonwealth
Unknown 14 is the partial form flag, which tells Fallout 4 that my worldspace record contains no changes and to move on. xedit reports it as an error because they only update once every few years and that flag, in the context of worldspace records, is more recent than the last update. Most of the github issue I linked is about cell records, which would be fantastic to get working with partial form but seem to be incompatible. Worldspace records, on the other hand, work exactly as expected with them.
Thanks so much for this, it was driving me crazy! P.s. Goodneighbor's surrounding fence also is inconsistent inside and out of GN. Inside, the fence is tall, but outside, it's short.
I suppose I'll add that to my list of tiny problems to look into at some point. This one's been bugging me every time I notice for ages.
Edit: How the heck did I never notice that before? That's definitely going to be something I want a fix for. There's also a couple billboards outside that should be visible inside, among a few other detail mismatches.
Edit 2: "A few" was an understatement. Mod will be up tomorrow.

- FO4 Fixes And Technical Enhancements (FATE Patch): FATE includes this mod in its entirety, so there is no need to install it separately.
Thanks for the mod btw, helps a lot on "mursion"
It is a bit of work, but ultimately very much worth it, IMHO.

Thanks, Bethesda I guess lol
The major purpose behind me using it is to avoid conflicts with mods like Simple Puddle Reflection Flicker Fix (Water and Blood), which rely on editing the worldspace to work.
