    Sadly this mod is broken as all hell. There is no interior, see through everything, even too the outside.

      That said, hate to bring up the obvious but this almost certainly needs to go as low as you can put it in your load order.

    I've put this mod absolutely last in my order, and I'm still getting the invisible issues like everyone else

    Unfortunately this one isn't working for me and keeps crashing the game. Not sure why. The interiors are just non-existent sadly. I can't imagine what's causing it.

      nope it is a working settlement took a bit to learn how to do it

    Very interesting location! I love this. How about turning cities like Concord or Malden into a settlement? It would be fun to work with a city settlement!

    Hi, good job. Looks great. Unfortunatelly I could not see the features I build by the workshop. They are there but without texture. Any ideas?

    I am LOVING this one so far!! Putting a casino / bar into the stage area, and working out from there lol. Gotta have the important stuff first, right?

    I don't know if you're up for suggestions, however if that's the case, could you see about The Switchboard? An intell HQ like that should never go to waste....
