Script: Reworked manager script to allow for more options in attachment management - needed for dealing with RIS rail attachments such as laser sights.
Script: Added script system that will manage integrating attach point keywords into the formlist that controls the order that they appear in the crafting menus.
Menus: Reworked the attachment menus for tactical RIS rail attachments to be managed in one place.
Function: Refined Bipod perk/enchantments
General: Added generic zoom data for other zoom multipliers (namely x8 and a fixed x4) General: Added loose mods for ACOG and EoTech. The idea is that if you craft an ACOG on one gun you can transfer it to another - it is the same scope afterall.
