   thats what i needed!
   
   i found Sighted Weapon Accuracy Fix + ur mod to finally remove this artificial weapon spread.
   
   hip fire is still slightly worse, but thats fine. atleast a small punishment is right about perfect for me.
   
   and aiming down sights is now finally accurate.
   
   for all who need this for miniguns and shotguns: better shotgun range and spread + accurate minigun
