Well.....not all noodles are made with egg. I think most are not...but, I do want to work on a more immersive agricultural situation so I will include chickens in that creation so thank you for the idea. Suppose I'll have to make *egg noodles* at that point.
Yeah, i'm a chef and I imagine they are a take on rice noodles. Razorgrain- the 'grain' would be ground to a flour and then add water to make a paste. Roll out, cut and dry out- boom...noodles.
B..b..b. but! I was making a fortune selling razor-grain to Takahashi for making his noodles. Oh well, I suppose I could go into rustling brahmin, open up a slaughter-house and then see if Polly will buy, although she told me her family own a couple ranches... ;-)
