I would check to make sure the ‘FFV-24 - Echo LakeLumber.json’ blueprint file is in ‘Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\Blueprints\24’ folder, and that you have no other .json files in that location. You could also try opening the .json file in a text editor to make sure it’s not corrupted somehow?
This one looks great. I'm already mid-game on this site, but this is one for next time around. I think there is a navmesh error and pathing error where you have the guard post. I have had one of my own builds, and two other transfer blueprints that have issues in the little area. I also noticed some issues with walking the pathways on a vanilla setup, with just some beds and stuff in the main building. My guards have a hard time getting around that back side, and the log roll dock and pathway around there are borked. I get them stuck in that corner or on some vanilla terrain right around there.
Sorry for the long post, but I have had a headache with that spot for a year in another save game I use. Looks like the same issue that was affecting the cells for settlements in the Commonwealth. Abernathy had the same issue as this place, I do believe. I'll go into Xedit later and see if I can fix it or find the bad cell references.
Edit- There might be some logs and statics buried there under the terrain. There are a few of the big containers actually floating under the ground right in that spot. It looks like there is a nav-mesh broken around it. I'll do some more checking.
Thanks! Although I was a bit gutted when I found out I could not assign a settler to the rear guard post, I have long since come to terms with things just not always working when building settlements. I had hoped the issue was like Abernathy and a few others where the cell was outside of the settlements ‘location’ but sadly this was not the case, and well beyond my abilities to fix.
If you do find a find a way to fix I’ll be interested outhow and could hopefully include it with the blueprint.
It's looking like a broken navmesh attached to some buried scenery. Don't think it can be fixed, not with my skills anyway. In most of my settlements there is at least one spot where the NPCs cluster around a certain spot. I deal with it now, just another little glitch. I figure I'm not around to see them most of the time.
I was hoping it was an outside of bounds cell error, that would have been easy to fix.
As far as I am aware blueprints do not include the contents of any containers, after importing some containers will have a random selection of items in them.
