I've just tried most of your mods. Your work is absolutely amazing.
But I think it's overdone, the set dressing redesign breaks the immersion when you enter a clean, lived-in interior with beds full of moss.
On this latest version, it seems to me, having tested the installation twice, that FOMOD doesn't respect our choices and will systematically install all textures like the Pip-boy.
My current final version consists of your 101 exterior and Concord (the independent mod), in which I'm deleting the set dressing folder.) It seems to suit me better for my game
I repeat, despite my criticisms, your work is brilliant.
Edit : What would be really great is a version that only touches on the following elements, to avoid breaks in immersion: - vault-specific interiors and objects (so no retexturing of objects found in every interior in the world) - Building exteriors with vehicles and objects specific to exteriors - Landscape
The world has been rebuilding itself for 150 years, and I can't believe that the interiors of diamond city and other cities are still full of moss.
Edit 2 : I just found this file that lets you choose all the textures, it's absolutely brilliant and should be the main file. Of all your mods, this installation is by far my favorite. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/61515?tab=files&file_id=250155&nmm=1 the only thing I'm missing with this mod is your road textures from concord and sanctuary. (An option in sanctuary for moss only on houses without objects would be great too)
I appreciate the input and yes I am starting with the landscape I'm pretty close to having the glowing seed done which will be released by itself and then I will be releasing the landscape and like with the other one you will be able to pick which parts you want to add or if you just want textures and then at the end of the mod will be the BA2 packed one for people who just want to grab the whole thing and I'll keep working on it as I go and one thing I do plan on doing when I'm done with all the textures is making a building mod so that when you take over settlement you can put the original textures back but that'll be a ways off
It's a great project you've got, and I'm looking forward to following it. While waiting for the final version, which will probably take a lot of your time, I think I'll stick with my current configuration, which is : - your https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/61515 - Your concord moss mod as a supplement, in which I've deleted almost everything to avoid duplication, but I wanted your generator, the vehicles, the stone walls with moss and the red workbench, which is most of the time placed outside or in abandoned places. As a complement to your magnificent mods, this creator, also not well enough known, has complementary mods and his fabulous road mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/71142
With this configuration I've achieved my goal of having interiors that are very little touched, or in a way that can remain immersive according to my vision.
I haven’t tried the mod yet, though it does look very promising! I do have an inquiry though if you don’t mind.
Looking at the mod files, I’m assuming this mod only affects the interior of Vault 111 as of right now, though the plan is to affect all commonwealth interiors?
Other than that I will keep this mod tracked for future updates! You have done an amazing job so far, but do keep in mind to take breaks every now and again yes?
POINTY, I would love you to explain to me and the rest of people confused (if any) which moss mods should I have once I install this one, it is so confusing, some are with LOD while others are not, some cover this and some cover that, some double up on what they do....so please if you could just list the ones that cover most of the commonwaelth and which should be installed first...THANK YOU.
Do I still need Fallout 4 Moss AIO when using this? or Red Rocker Moss? or Vault 111 moss ver 2 ? or Concord Moss? I am SO CONFUSED....BTW my confusion is my own and does not diminish in anyway the enjoyment that your mods bring :)
I understand that there is some confusion regarding the remake of Fallout for Moss AIO, and I apologize for any communication difficulties. Let me provide a clearer explanation.Version 2 of the remake is available for download. When installing it, you should allow it to overwrite the previous version you have. However, it's important to change the name of the new version to match the version you currently possess. I will strive to explain each new addition in detail as we move forward.Currently, I have revamped Vault 111, and I am now focusing on enhancing the landscape and Sanctuary areas. I hope this clarifies the situation, but if you still have any uncertainties, please let me know. I apologize once again for any confusion caused, and I'm pleased to hear that you're enjoying the experience so far. I hope this helps
We just need some vines overgrowth on buildings and this mod will not only look better but also run better than the CPR overgrowth.....JUST WOW.....I MEAN WOW.....
The BA2 is the last step for vault 111 this new upgraded textures are goanna be done in the FOMD Installer from this point on so that you can choose what you want
