Seriously, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this place as a place for human settlement. I use this place in a similar capacity to the Boston Airport, a place to stash or scrap my surplus non legendary loot.
I recommend you all to liberate this place as soon as you can so that the Minutemen or Railroad quests don't send you to this place.
