I've installed this mod through Vortex and all the required mods listed. However, the blueprint is not in the game's Transfer Settlements menu. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

  Check your transfer settlements folder and confirm the file numbers and that only one blueprint is in each numbered folder.
