Had to tone down my design since the more elaborate I made this place, the slower the loading time I had to put up with when fast travelling here. I even CTD'd once.
Well, since you can expand this build however you like (I built it like so with that in mind), I only built like this now so I can use the place as a place to scrap my excess loot or give my power armor a quick repair when I'm out and about in the area.
Anyways, my usual stuff, elevated safe farming area, because this place is NOTORIOUS for crop destruction 100% each time a settlement attack happens, all basic workbenches, Fusion Generator and decon arch.
