The holotape is missing, I already cleared red rocket area. I also used the console command "help transhumanism 4 perk" and this is what I get as a result.

sorry for the late reply, are you sure the mod is enabled? it *should* show up in the console if its active, if it's not I'll poke around and make sure everything is spelled correctly in the mod in CK
yup, the androidperk.esp is enabled in my plugin list. Funny thing is, I can't even find the console (even table where it is sitting) in red rocket. Just to be clear it's inside the gas station and at the back office beside the tall office drawer right?
yeah, should be sitting ontop of the computer, though if other mods also edit that cell it'll be moved I think, but that shouldn't be a problem bc the perk itself should still exist..
I double checked everything and even started a new game and it worked for me, I guess it could be some incredibly odd mod conflict that somehow disables it but to my knowledge that shouldn't be possible, that's really strange
this mods looks nice when i se that with all the mods i have i end up with 5k carry wight 18k resitesn to everthing 2000 hitpoint and weapons wich make 500 to 5000 dmg hahahaha i would say get reckt everthing that moves
its even funnier on survival becoue even more dmg :) i just say 1 of my swords reach over 10k dmg and i have a weapon called " GOD KILLER " guess the dmg :D

Edit : Depending on the modifications you use, the holotape may appear inside the Workshop in the transfer menu, at least it was like that for me.

it doesn't change anything about the character model, but there are plenty of mods that do that out there!
