Renames the Classic Plasma Grenades and Mines to 'Classic Plasma Grenade' and 'Classic Plasma Mine'

Tl;dr: this is a name change for the Classic Plasma Grenades and Mines mod, Integrated version, naming them 'Classic Plasma Grenade' and 'Classic Plasma Mine'.
Like the other mods I made for Classic Frag Grenades and Mines and Classic Pulse Grenades and Mines, this will change the names of the Classic Plasma Grenades and Mines, allowing you to differentiate between them when in your inventory, other container screens, or crafting them from the Chem Workbench.
The mod is ESL-flagged for your convenience so it will not take up a mod slot, just install using your mod manager of choice and off you go.
The original mod is still needed for this to work, and all credit for the original mod goes to ZanthirEAS
