    This is such a great idea for a mod. I was annoyed at how feral ghouls give radiation damage when hitting the player, but also have a chance to give a disease.

    From what I understand about biology, wouldn't the radiation kill the bacteria or virus that would give the disease in the first place?

      Yeah, I was sick of getting a random disease even when blocking and even in power armor. Stupid. 

      Far as the science, I suppose it could go either way, considering the world of Fallout.

    not compatible with https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/54836 as that one relies on this game mechanic to implement the mutations from fallout 76

      Looks good to go. I just looked in Xedit and it doesn't override the formlist. If it does it someplace else I have no idea where that would be. I don't see anything. That mod overwrites RadX, flora, Companion insperational perk, decontamination arch activator, the various bug factions, and it makes some world space edits by placing things.
