Thanks, yes that one is perfect! you should almost call the mod something else, like Movement Behavior Reaction Speed Overhaul.... is isn't simple anymore, its a must have
But WeaponBehavior.hkx causes issue with Dodge and Dodge iframes, where bashing (on gamepad) does not work, only plays first 0.1 seconds of the bash anim. Removing WeaponBehavior solves it, so bashing is possible again.
Seems like it is good values though, I like it. Thanks !!
I have to confess that despite the true main working nicely, I flinch away from it for balanced from long, weary awareness of the Horrors of Odd Tohward and "It Just (barely) Works" which I write off as psychosomatic allergy.

it replaces balanced and exxagerated version but dont say which one is it
