Adds Spear Rifles, a weapon designed for bashing, as well as a new type of Trapper and CoA

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Deep in the fog of Far Harbor, the locals of the island sought to create a weapon better suited for the fighting the horrors that come from the waters. The Spear Rifle is the amalgamation of these efforts. A weapon of ramshackle construction, based upon the near ubiquitous Pipe Rifle, but specifically made to act as a powerful melee option. This strange weapon is known for its versatility, and can be adapted into sniping, shotgun or even chemical dart firing capabilities.

These weapons can mainly be found across Far Harbor, usually on the new type of Trappers, the "Privateer", these fog crazed assassins carry stealth boys and wear sailing coats and special gas masks. They can also be found wielded by a new type of Children Of Atom guard called "priests" that protect the Nucleus. But there is also a strange merchant outside of the settlement of Far Harbor that sells large quantities of the equipment mainly for settlement arming.

This Weapon has a great deal of customization, allowing for it to be changed from a sniping rifle to a shotgun to a dart gun with a unique ammo type crafted at a chemistry table. there are also elemental modules and many levels of bayonet to increase its versatility in almost any situation.

designed almost primarily as a melee weapon, it sports considerable "bashing" damage with the bayonets, making the perk Basher viable for more than just miniguns! the gun part of the weapon is a slow firing bolt action, so its best used for sniping, stealth or weakening targets before stabbing them

There are 7 Unique variants of this weapon across the lands, each with a unique effect and appearance.

this weapon is almost guaranteed to have clipping issues, especially with the long pipe stock, but it looks better on NPCs, there's a number of less problematic stocks if you mind the clipping
