This is a decent rifle. Looks much better then the standard combat rifle, with plenty of options to configure it how you like. If I might make a suggestion, a drum mag would be cool, cuz Fallout.
This mod is brilliant. I prefer the replacer as the original Combat Rifle is essentially just an unoriginal reskinned combat shotgun. Now I actually find myself wanting to use the combat rifle. The sights you included are incredible. I personally like the handle iron sights.
I appreciate adding some wear to the weapons. Too many weapon mods make them look like they just were retrieved from a vault, behind another vault. Even though you just got it off a raider.

Will go with "standalone" and perhaps add it to my Collection then.
