Nice, just a couple of suggestions to consider for an update: a) make the quest start after reading the note. b) remove the need for a key, unnecessary clutter, especially for a novice-locked entrance.

Hey, I actually quite like the interior you've made here, nice and cosy.
Some points that I'd like to make:
• Perhaps move the entrance outside of Sanctuary. I can only speak for myself, but I know that whenever a mod author places something in that particular settlement I can never find it because I build up that area significantly. In this case, I had to ghost-mode through two agricultural plots I had built for Old Paul and the Vault Tec Rep in order to find the door. • The quest did not start/end for me at all. I was however able to enter the cell without issue. • However, upon entering the cell, I found that none of the ghouls had spawned for me.
It would be great if you could expand the cell into a full multilevel location to fight multiple ghouls. Perhaps a collapsed mine with irradiated miners that were trapped when Randall sealed it shut.
Speaking of, I found the initial note, but is there any more story for the eponymous character of your mod? I'd love to find out more!
