Faithful recreation of the beloved Pulse Rifle from Half Life 2

Brings the OSIPR from Half Life 2 as full auto only rifle to Fallout 4. The rifle is as close as possible to the original, I just took a few liberties here and there to add more details.
Features:
-Custom animations for 1st person, 3rd person player, Human NPCs and power armor.
-Some mod options: 5 receivers, 4 barrels, 2 stocks and 4 mag options. The mod options are currently purely non visual stat changes, if anyone has good design ideas for attachments that fit the OSIPR design, they are welcome to post them.
-Switchable alt-fire mode via chem-item, currently more a very powerful rocket than the bouncing energy orb from HL2, hope that as soon as I have more experience with Papyrus I can add more functions from HL2 to the alt-fire.
-The OSIPR doesn't really fit into the FO4 world, so it's currently only craftable on the chem bench. All crafting items related to OSIPR can be found under the Overwatch Equipment tab.
