That's a problem for all mod-added settlements and Horizon, unfortunately. I believe you'd need to edit the Horizon scripts to integrate them, and I don't think anyone's attempted to tackle that problem yet.
Hey there thank you for your patches. However I think there is an oversight in the Gun for Hire patch. Basically since the office counts as settlement and the fuse delivers 25 food, 25 water and 1000 (!) power you gain like 20 bonus workshop supplies for free per production cycle. Not world ending probably but also pretty strong considering you can get that at level 1 for free. For me personally I edited the 'Fusebox (DO NOT TOUCH)' Activator record to only give 5 power, 6 Food and 6 Water and also knocked the Protection value down a bunch such that the whole thing is closer to an expedition camp. If anyone wants to do the same dont forget to, after patching, build and then immediately scrap some sort of resource in the gun for hire office in order for the Horizon production scripts to notice the change to the new values.
Good point, I'll look into it some more. I'd initially tested it on a late game save where workshop supplies weren't an issue anymore, so that aspect slipped my mind tbh.
Uploaded a new version that nerfs the initial 'Fusebox (DO NOT TOUCH)' to 5 food/5 water/10 power. Kept power at 10 so you have some leeway to light up the place without needing more generators.
Doesn't matter. Can put them with other esps or with horizon patches, either way's fine (I typically put them above horizon, fwiw). They don't depend on horizon, as they mostly just fix tags to be consistent.

I think the quest even mentioned stimpacks as a "bonus" reward when you pass the speech check on more caps.
All fixed with console commands. Apparently this is an issue with Gun For Hire.

Also do I need to select the full settlement option for this, or avoid it?
thanks
You're free to keep using mine if you like, just didn't see the point of having multiple options floating around that may confuse people.
