I only included the Settlers of the Commonwealth from 3Dnpc, i like R4-04 as a follower, but does not make much sense to have her refid to move her to you without going to the Railroad, kindoff defeats the point of getting her as a follower as good as she is and it''s not that difficult to get her in the first place.
This is just a refid and checklist for settlers to populate your settlements with non follower NPC's.
