    Iim trying to find a mod that removes the health scaling with levels for the player but does not touch the NPCs, i seen it was mentioned this mod does not modify NPCs but i'm curious what does this fNPCHealthLevelBouns do? it does not effect NPCs?

    "HDR" might not be a good idea as it's a graphics thing and would create confusing mod-talk. Maybe HPDR (P for points)? Thanks for share.
