For DTG_LLO_Outfit_SpecOpAgent [LVLI:FE0D600E}, removed helmet and added a chance for DT_GunnerBackpackSpecOpsTech "Gunner Spec Ops Backpack (Comms)" [ARMO:71281108]. The helmet was a conflict. Lowered backpack chances to 50% for SpecOp Agent, SpecOp Operative and SpecOp Trooper.

Removed the armor addon AA_Dog_Hankie [ARMA:0009C059] from DT_GunnerBackpackBH "Gunner Backpack (Hunter)" [ARMO:xx23CBD9] since they both use Slot 50 and could make the class of Bounty Hunter naked. No other classes or outfits affected.
