Really cool that you're making patches of your patcher framework to showcase the capabilities of it. There's been quite a few frameworks that've been released for FO4 that are highly underrated and go under everybody's radar. I hope mod authors take note of this and start utilizing it, it'd be nice to not have to manually patch my patches in xEdit to work together, and have half of my load order be comprised of patches. Amazing work you're doing here Zzyx, hopefully with your work the FO4 modding scene can become more like the FNV modding scene, where many mods rely on scripts instead of plugins, which has made modding that game as a user a breeze compared to FO4.
Yes, I just released a template for making it easier for people with patching stuff. This will hopefully encourage more people to add their stuff to the LLs with RobCo Patcher, instead of using the direct LL manipulation with xEdit.
