All Encounter zones and biggest Enemies are involved

Every encounter zone have a min and max level cap.
I let the min level cap as vanilla, but i set no limit to the level max cap.
Biggest creatures like Behemoth, Mirelurk queen and Nukalurk queen (they have not a legendary version) scales with your level.
Other big guys  like deatclaw, yao guay and Fog crawler have just a small boost to their health (their level mulitplied for 5) in addition to their original health.
I did it just checking (autocalc. health) in the editor, but most of them was originally cheked since before i did it myself.
This mod should make appear a stronger version of the current enemies in game even in zones where was supposet to be only level 14 enemies.
For example outside sanctuary, if you are at high level, these two bloodbug will be the infected or vampiric variant, and covenant is the same with riders.
ALL turrets are level scaled now, even the ones in your settlement.
This because turrets are too easy and generally useless even when hacked.
The loots are involved too...
Every animal wil scale with you until level 100, but they will get different health depending on their size.
The game has 4 sizes for every Npc: small (cockroaches), medium (radstag), big (YaoGuai), extralarge (Behemoth).
the more big they are the more health they will get .
Stronger variants will get even more health.
