Open console Type> help staff 4 Look at the numbers that says WEAP thats the weapons. Type> player.additem (WEAPON ID) 1 1 at the end means quantity EXAMPLE player.additem 18011945 1 (this code added staff of lighting for me, codes may be different for each player, idk)
type in something like this "help staff 4" or something along the lines of "help staff 4 weap" and a list if the mod is working properly should pop up with the names of the staffs listed as (weaps) next to them along with there item id which is a string of numbers and letters to which you type in (player.additem xxxxxxxxxxx 1) the number 1 is there as an example to indicate the amount of said items you would like to acquire so you can cheat in as many as you would like. hopefully this helps.
Using wind and lightning staff effects do you think you could also make a thundergun and wunderwaffe mod. Would love a thundergun and wunderwaffe weapon mod.
There is already a zombies mod that adds the raygun, the perk a colas, the box and the wunderwaffe, it was on a discord. I've thought on doing the winter's howl since I've found a free 3d model of it

The ray gun and the Wunderwaffe are available in this mod, but I can't seem to make the workshop items appear... anyways, atleast you can enjoy the Ray Gun (Even porters pack a punch version) and the Wunderwaffe.
Btw there is another mod author on nexus who is slowly adding the wonder weapons to fo4 (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/72300). He even added custom animations and sounds!
