It features quite some building space on the ground too.
There's a power outlet near the top elevator providing +7 power
Please Note
Using the elevator only the top floor can be reached.
The red part of the tower has missing collision.
Check out the recommendations below for this.
Settlers will have difficulty using the elevator.
