As per Request I was asked for lights to be brighter. They will be in the Miscellaneous tab in increments of[.10] the Base Mod is [.50] and will max out to [1.00] unless people want more.
Very nice mod, but I would recommend making the traffic lights brighter. Since I also have Fallout 3, I'll put a link in for you to make it clearer what I mean.

Oh. I actually think they're too bright - at least the AiO one is for my tastes, with vanilla weather/lighting. Came here to see if there's a dim option of say 60% (enough to suggest old reflectors, or rad paint still fluorescing, or just reflecting a little ambient night-time light, but not enough to look powered per se). Oh - but I think I might be able to tweak the glow map down a bit using Paint.Net. Thanks for sharing.
