Encumbrance Unbalanced v0.9
The amount of weight our characters lug around is already unrealistic, so why make encumbrance a chore? Encumbrance Unbalanced changes the Strong Back perk so that you can take it earlier, gain greater bonuses, and eventually even run without limit while overencumbered. The "balance" is that you have to be level 10 and spend a total of 10 points to get all of the ranks (raise STR 6 plus 5 ranks), and you still take -2 to Agility and Endurance when encumbered.
REQUIREMENTS
Fallout 4 and Far Harbor or GOTY

KNOWN ISSUES
If you install the mod after you've already taken any Strong Back perk, the perk effects won't work correctly. You need to remove and then re-add each perk individually, as described in the installation instructions.
INSTALLATION
Install by placing the .esp in your Data folder. To reset existing ranks of Strong Back, use the console to remove each perk rank that you've purchased, and then re-add it:
To remove ranks: player.removeperk PERK_NUMBER
To add ranks: player.addperk PERK_NUMBER
Perk numbers are as follows:
Rank 1: 4b24e
Rank 2: 65e5b
Rank 3: 65e5c
Rank 4: 1d2489
Rank 5: either 010423a3 or 020423a3 or 030423a3
Rank 5 is from the Far Harbor DLC and its perk number varies depending on your load order. You can try each of the listed Rank 5 perk numbers individually, or check the load order (FormID Prefix) of DLCCoast.esm (DLC03) by using the Creation Kit or a tool like FO4Edit.
UNINSTALL
Uninstall by deleting the .esp or reverting to the original mod .esp. Repeat the process to remove and re-add existing perk ranks to reset your character's perk to the default.
