Example Molerat:
There are different types of molerats. The lower level ones, are the smaller ones and the bigger ones, are higher in level.
With this change, smaller ones, have less HP than bigger ones. The HP is calculated from a pre-defined HP pool.(90-160) - -> Shotgun have their out of range multiplier reduced from 0.75 to 0.5 to compensate the damage increase, which was introduced earlier.
