When you say that the size is not important (in the creation of my own) it means that I can change to a 512x1024 (as long as it keeps the aspect ratio. The engine will not detect texture errors, not even buffout? Maybe this will seem like a stupid question but I changed some Pickman images and they gave me CTD issues until I changed the edited images back to 512x256.

It has to be some multiple of 512 and in the same aspect ratio to appear correctly. I would suggest higher than 2048.  if you change the aspect ration, it wont map to the mesh correctly.

Above 2048? Much better, thank you very much.

      correct

i did try out to strech the textures from square to rectangle and it works, but yes indeed , occasionly it pulled faces, so keep it simple, if the original is square, make yours square, and if rectangular, then make yours rectangular, personaly i am very fond of keeping it secure and stay with square, the best friend of a computer.

It works fine, I replaced with 1024/512 and 2048x1024 depending on the original image quality. I even labeled as .esl and now I'm wondering if it's not possible to add (double the number of posters). Greta approves that they work without energy.

I'm always confused, nothing new there. Hopefully you can clarify the instruction: "the size is non-important (the layout is always 0 to 1)."

Obviously, the size is important: the width has to be 512 pixels or a multiple thereof, and the height 2 times the width.

The layout is always 0 to 1. I have no idea what that means. Could you clarify that please?

yes, confusing, i know what you mean, what i meant is that you can have 512 - 1024 - 2048 etc, i had issues myself with 768, so powers of 2 i would not realy trust either.

as for the layout is 0 to 1 means that these textures here use the layout from 0 to 1 as in not wrapped, or not looped in X or Y, they are not overleaping past the texture.

Hi! Thank you so much for this mod, i've been waiting for this a long time, but man...

I have personal pictures mod... that's 250 portrait  and 250 landscape and I have like 10 or 15 frames available on landscape cause is hard to find good pictures for that, the rest are all filled so... 16 just wont do... i already have like 50  or more pictures in portrait waiting for a home!

    LOL

you sound like a very buzy bee :)
don't forget, if you have too many small mods, there's an excellent tool here at the nexus, called mod merge
it is a very much must, give it a try, but make sure to understand its functioning.
