Splint kits are very hit or miss. Out of 15 used during a 3-hour test only 5 of them work. Not sure if this is an issue with the patch or the original mod.
Update: Definitely seems to be something happening with the effects in this patch. Tested the original mod for just shy of 3 hours and splint kits worked 100% of the time for me.
I noticed in xedit that the original mod has condition checks for hcmanager while yours does not. Is there a reason for that? When using your patch splint kits only seem to repair limbs from completely broken to just barely functional and then refuse to do anything to repair them afterward.
MAIM malfunctioned again, causing infinite bleed. I'm going to resurect that lite combat overhaul, which will be tied-in to this mod (which I used before)
What I really miss from NV medicine is when I went to the NCR tents and healed and mended wounded soldiers. I know this is way off what your mod does, just saying, wish that was part of fo4.
