Resolves conflicts and carries forward Lightweight Lighting's lighting changes into True Storms' exclusive weather variants. No more (comparatively) super bright True Storms nights!

Release
I love True Storms' effects and audio. I love Lightweight Lighting's ... wait for it ... lighting changes. ... Why not have both? Both is good.
What it do?
Resolves conflicts between weather/region/climate entries
Preserves True Storms' special effects and audio for vanilla weathers but uses Lightweight Lighting's ... lighting changes. NIGHTS WILL BE MUCH DARKER LIKE IN LIGHTWEIGHT LIGHTING.
Forwards Lightweight Lighting's ... lighting changes to True Storms' unique variants of those weathers*
Commonwealth rad storms are limited to the Glowing Sea
True Storms dust storm removed from the Commonwealth (still appears alongside the NukaWorld-specific dust storms in NukaWorld areas) for better compatibility with green landscape overhauls
*Probably needs further tweaking, but it'll keep consistent night brightness etc. between LWL's changes to vanilla weathers and TS-exclusive weathers. I'm sure if either weather mod author did their own patch it would look different and better, but they didn't make one, sooooo you get what you get, lol. All in all, the patch is still a net gain IMO -- but then, I'm biased.
What it do different? There's another patch for LWL and TS available that resolves conflicts but does not remove dust storms from the Commonwealth and does not forward lighting changes to True Storms' added weathers. It also overrides LWL's changes to vanilla storm/fog weathers with True Storms' changes, so those weathers will have much brighter nights than clear weathers.
Pick yer poison. My edits certainly won't suit everyone. :)
The other patch author is now recommending this patch to users instead. Go check out their collection, Life in the Ruins!
What it compatible with?
NOT compatible with any other combo of weather mods
Optional True Storms modules for increased radiation are fully compatible
Patch available for optional True Storms modules for earlier sunsets
Plays well with Spectrum ENB, designed for Lightweight Lighting (highly recommended! Comparisons taken with no ENB, however)
