Totally lore-friendly btw.
I made a bunch of these substantial-enough builds that don't rely on mods and isn't gonna cause crashes when I load in. Although Finch Farm is in a bit of a hotspot so any builds here that isn't the bare-minimum can get stressful.
Some settlers seem to fall to their deaths here. I've never seen it in action but every time I load in, there's a dead body positioned off the edge of the overpass.
The general rule before importing is to scrap everything you can as vanilla as possible (without "Scrap everything" mods).

A Quick note for those who don't know that even if you don't have the required mod(s) the Transfer Settlements mod simply won't import the items/objects from those mod(s) and you'll still get everything else although it may look empty and out-of-place.
