   every mod can be crafted for free and i cant scrap legendary items to get a chip,am i doing something wrong?
   i installed legendary modification (survival option)

      Sorry man, im not really a big modder. I just put the file i made for my own playthrough up in case anyone else wanted to use it.
      Im not really looking to make any other mods at the minute.
