   For some reasons, this city plan doesn't appear in de plan menu. Pra's Fairline Hill mod is installed and i "activated" the fairline hill workshop. Any ideas?

      I have no clue. Have you tried reinstalling the mod?

   Hello. changing the esl back to esp broke my game and now I get a missing masters from my m8 sorting patch as well as in-game at main menu. So now i revert back to old version you had.

      That's why I kept the old file up. Good call on reverting to the old version. Just remember to update the file the next time you start a new game.
